Preliminary investigations by the Independent Policing Oversight Authority (IPOA) into the death of Albert Ojwang indicate that the CCTV camera at Central Police Station was tampered with.
While appearing before the Senate on Wednesday, IPOA also disclosed that their initial findings have ruled out suicide as the cause of Ojwang’s death.
